We understand that it can be difficult to get sizes right when buying online or that the item may not have lived up to your expectations when you received it so you may wish to return it for a refund or an exchange. That’s no problem. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) to us in their original packaging and in their original condition within 7 days of receiving them. Items should always be returned with all their original labels.
Please take care to return the products to us in the same manner that you would return an item to a high street store. Please understand that the item you return must be eligible for resale. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been damaged in any way.
