With regards to the web shop and online purchases, we ship to all addresses within the EU. Delivery outside the EU is possible through our distribution partners in New Zealand and South Korea. More countries will be added in the near future.

Shipping conditions
Orders that are placed and received before 14.00 PM will be dispatched as soon as possible. In general this will be within 24 hours. Orders placed during the weekend are dispatched on the Monday. Orders (if in stock) with a shipping address in Europe are delivered within 1 -5 working days after dispatch. All products will be sent from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Our shipping partner delivers your order to your door. If you are not home, they will try again the next day. If you are not home on two consecutive days, they will leave pick-up instructions in your mailbox.

All orders will be provided with a track & trace number.

Europe:                            2-4 working days

Returns
We understand that it can be difficult to get sizes right when buying online or that occasionally the item may not have lived up to your expectations when you received it. So you may wish to return it for a refund or an exchange. That’s no problem. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) to us in their original packaging and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving them. Items should always be returned with all their original labels. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please take care to return the products to us in the same manner that you would return an item to a high street store. Please understand that the item you return must be eligible for resale. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been damaged in any way. After a good return we will refund your money.
